These line guides are designed to simplify relining canopies. They have been extensively used on the Juki LK-1900B bartacker. Made on a 3D printer from Nylon 12 Carbon Fiber, they are lightweight and durable.

The guides allow you to lay the line down into a channel which centers it directly under the stitch pattern, the same placement every time. The standard stitch pattern 74, a 42 stitch bartack, is the gold standard for most relines. For 400 lb line or less, the smallest guide is set up for pattern 18, which makes a 28 stitch line tack.

The guides come in 4 sizes for different line sizes, as follows:

• 300-400, pattern 18
• 500-600, pattern 74
• 700-800, pattern 74
• 900-1200, pattern 74

The kit includes a base piece, which must be bolted to the bartacker. Installation of the base requires some adjustment to perfectly center the guides, Once set, you get the same stitch placement, every time.

This is the replacement kit for the center A lines on Para Concepts linesets made from 300 or 400 lb line, manufactured prior to July 2025. The replacement center A lines will be Vectran 580 (or HMA 600 for HMA linesets). A new set of center B lines will also be included in the original line type.
